Sealed sterile products
For safety and integrity reasons, sealed sterile research products cannot be returned once dispatched.
Ancillaries
Unopened, undamaged ancillary items (e.g. bacteriostatic water) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
